How to find my History or Message Manager from client


All message history will be stored on both server and your local device.

You may backup the database from your server \BigAnt Admin console \Database Management.

And in local machine, the message history will be stored in this directory: C:\Users\xxx\Documents\BigAnt5


From the BigAnt client, you can find message history in following two ways:

  1. Open the chat window with one of your contact, and you will find message history which is stored on your local machine by click on the button History. See the screenshot below:
  2. When you login to your account on a different device maybe your mobile, the message history will be auto sync to your mobile. And when login from your PC again, you can get all message history (even chatting on your mobile) from the Message Manager. See the screenshot below:
