It prompts "Login Error" when I trying to login BigAnt Server Console


This could be an issue with the database settings, please check.

  • Kindly please restart the UpWebServer in the system services to see if this works.
  • Please also try to restart the UpDBServer in the system services
  • If it still doesn't work after restart the UpDBServer service, kindly please try this:
    Find the file install.lock located in C:\Program Files (x86)\BigAntSoft\IM Console\im_webserver\htdocs\data\install.lock, delete this file then re-open the IM console, it will direct you to re-connect the BigAnt database. Just leave the default value and go to the complete page to see if you can login.
  • The ultimate is to re-install BigAnt server console, if it is doable, please download the latest version and reinstall the program. Please remove the previous version before installing the new one.
